What the program includes

Promotion makes someone a manager. Practice, with a coach, makes them a leader.

How it works

Leaders can join individually or as a cohort. The program runs over several months so each skill is tried on the job and refined in coaching before the next module.

Every program is designed and delivered by Natalie Yun, SHRM-SCP, Certified Birkman Consultant and Brain-Based Coaching Certified, with more than 25 years of international HR leadership, in English or Korean.
