OptiMax Partners Inc. runs this workshop for small and mid-sized employers in Toronto and across Canada, in English or Korean. It is informed by each member's Birkman Signature Report and grounded in Brain-Based Coaching, so the conversations and working agreements are designed around how the people in the room actually think and work.

How it works
Birkman Team Effectiveness Profiling comes first so the workshop is built on data. The workshop itself runs as a half-day or full-day session, on site or online, followed by a leader check-in.
Every program is designed and delivered by Natalie Yun, SHRM-SCP, Certified Birkman Consultant and Brain-Based Coaching Certified, with more than 25 years of international HR leadership, in English or Korean.
