How it works

Ideally starting just before or in the first weeks of the role, with focused sessions through the 90-day window and a review at the end. Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call.

Every program is designed and delivered by Natalie Yun, SHRM-SCP, Certified Birkman Consultant and Brain-Based Coaching Certified, with more than 25 years of international HR leadership, in English or Korean.
