Do you run payroll every month for us?

Setup is the core of this program. Ongoing processing can be arranged through the HR Compliance Retainer or handled by your team after training.

Which platforms do you work with?

Employment Hero and ADP for payroll, with HR records and onboarding configured in the same platform.

Can one system cover Canada and the US?

Yes. We configure both entities so reporting stays consistent across the border.

Is there an extra charge for year-end filings?

Canadian T4 and ROE processing and US W-2 processing are included in the setup scope as described on our programs page.

What if we have no HR documents yet?

Start with the HR Foundation Package, then add payroll setup so the two match.
